How stupid – Doesnt coverage always have to begin before the claim!!

Since when can you purchase insurance after the fact?

    What a horible article.

This woman states the obvious. Additionally, she sounds very condescending. She must think she is the D&O goddess. No wonder no one does business with these guys.

Jeff– can you read? The article does not say what you say it does.
You would all be lucky to have an ounce of the intelligence this woman has among you.
So brave of all you all to criticize your competitors anonymously! Cheap shots!

According to Susanne Murray of the New York office of insurance broker HRH, an expert in D&O liability coverage, the broker’s involvement actually begins well before any situation might arise. It begins when placing coverage for the client.

    Well Duhhhhh

Perhaps you can reduce the article so more of us can understand exactly what you are saying, George. Your comments don’t begin to elaborate. Give it a try.
