Wow a company suing it’s own former corrupt CFO, instead of shareholders or the government having to do it later! I call that progress!

If you ask me, Both Greenberg and AIG should sue Idiot Spitzer for starting this whole mess. Everything was running along smoothly until Spitzer stuck his righteous nose in their business.

This is about stock in CV Starr and it’s control, thereby control of a large portion of AIG. This doesn’t really address the corruption (whether real or imagined) that Spitzer or others were concerned about.

    Hello,

Mike Richards…You just seem to get that fact that Greenberg and AIG were price fixing along with along some of the other major carriers & brokers (including Marsh and ACE being run by Greenbergs sons).

Spitzer is getting what he deserves what he’s done but he didn’t create the price fixing that had been occurring.
