If you ask me, Both Greenberg and AIG should sue Idiot Spitzer for starting this whole mess. Everything was running along smoothly until Spitzer stuck his righteous nose in their business.
This is about stock in CV Starr and it’s control, thereby control of a large portion of AIG. This doesn’t really address the corruption (whether real or imagined) that Spitzer or others were concerned about.

Spitzer is getting what he deserves what he’s done but he didn’t create the price fixing that had been occurring.
