I was hoping for Affirmative to get bumped up to B+ because my E&O (and probably yours too) does not cover for insolvency claims if a company goes belly-up and is rated less than B+. Guess we’ll have to keep Affirmative on our absolutely-last-resort list of carriers with whom we place business.
