Riskier Drugs Tied to Faster U.S. Approval, Industry Financing

    so if so, and we suffer because of the quickness of getting the drugs to consumers…can that mean in today’s society we can sue the FDA because they approved the drug before it has completed all requirements?

    There is a problem in the research and development process that localizes in the independent research facilities. I know as I was in that business and witnessed the application of the ‘process’ by the lead PI. (read practically Invisible) We had two incidents involving one death and one quad bypass survivor, both took considerable effort to get the investigator to acurately complete the post incident documentation. Subsequently I was blackballed and discredited by this company and now work in a far better industry. One where character and ethics are not just a plaque on the wall.
