I would not participate unless the results of the entire survey are provided to those who take the time to complete the survey. Having participated in previous surveys,I was extremely disappointed tyhat the reults were released to the subcribing carriers only, and to agents on a very limited basis-so as not to “embarrass” the poorly performing . I want to know how ALL Companies stand in the survey findings; not just the top ten performers. Talk about transperency!!!
