I think there is no recourse, well in Massachusetts anyway, I went to the Div of Insurance and all they did was regurgitate the information that was told to them by the insurance company including the insurance company telling the director that i had a ‘sticker’ violations that caused them to put a point on my insurance causing my insurance to go higher and according to the Merit Rating Board, it was untrue…or can I be bold enough to say it was a lie. There is bare any ethics, morals or values in this country. It gets tiring fighting all these companies to get justice.
