It is amazing to me how Allstate continues to openly write HO business in Rhode Island….right on the coast…. at pre-Katrina prices. CT/MA & NY are basically on hold and they are giving it away in RI. Maybe these claims will affect RI business in the future.

That is kinda strange. I would think that’s even more of a risk than CT..
But I believe Encompass is writing homes in MA, though.
