Yea right – corporations have gotten better. I don’t know about everyone else but at my company nothing has gotten better because of SOX. We have just learned how to play the game. I think things are actually much worse. SOX has not accomplished it’s goal at this company in any way. But we get great reviews. What a waste of time and money. This kind of huey is what is going to bankrupt America. It’s sad.
