I thought I owned Wal Mart. They certainly have enough of my money.

Aren’t there places on the East Coast, I think some cities in Maine, that will not allow giant corporations (Wal-Mart, Target, etc…) to be brought into the city. everything is locally owned, etc…not saying the products are necessarily American-Made, but to me that is a step in the right direction.

wait, where are Wal-Mart’s products made? you know they have their own versions of soda, etc…i guess this article is an indication that even Wal-Mart outsources?

it’s such a catch-22…you want to buy American, but it’s 1. hard to find and 2. a little more expensive.

Rather than buy expensive and now toxic dog treats we give our dog cooled, steamed green beans grown locally. She loves them and has she a few pounds.

Actually this occurs all around the U.S. from the East Coast to the West Coast. Many cities/communities have fought to keep out “bib box” stores like Wal-Maet, Home Depot, etc. I think it’s kind of a shame. Let them build and if people want to use it they will and if not then oh well. Personally, I have never been into a Sam’s Club, Wal-Mart, etc.
