Even after forfeiting the 7.75MM and the 250K fine there’s 3MM un-accounted for. At age 67, this scumbag has probably been involved in previous illegal schemes so he won’t be hurting for money. Catching him now doesn’t really amount to much consequence since he’ll enjoy the rest of his life comfortably. This is the unfortunate reality of our society. The people who are entrusted to uphold the law manage to manipulate to their own benefit and never seem to pay much of a price.

Touche. The only people that get the shaft are the ones who do the work & don’t know about the goings on behind the scene.

Castration then force-eating, if you know what I mean. This low-life is a true disgrace to the human race. I think the red-skinned spirit with the horns and tail is waiting for him with baited breath…

Now all the lawyers have to do is to start making large donations to political parties. Bershad could even get a full pardon- at worst a commuted fine. After all he was convicted of the same crime as Libby and probably has a similar net worth as the guy Clinton pardoned.

He should be prosecuted under insurance fraud laws, too. If it’s done right he could get at least 12 years in a federal pen. If it’s done really right he’d get 12 years for each count.
