Given the way they shafted their policyholders and pushed wind claims off on the National Flood Program, of course they’re financially strong.

    But despicable nonetheless.

    Rocketman,

It seems that these two, like AJ, have a propensity to condemn State Farm prior to a legal determination of guilt for the actions which temblor sited. I don’t quite know “temblors” beef with State Farm, but I believe “LL” is an independent agent is is probably jealous because he is unable to offer State Farm to his customers.

LL, please forgive me if I am mistaken.

Mark: Did you forget? State Farm has been found to be in BAD FAITH on these claims. We ain’t making it up!! They just settled another one at the courthouse steps. These are the actions of a party that did no wrong? Take the blinders off Mark!!! Admit the truth.

If they settled it, they weren’t found in BAD FAITH, now were they. There’s another one of your assumptions.

I’m not saying they have never acted in bad faith, but then again your constant condemnation of everything they say or do is just as unethical, in my opinion.

Several different cases. The latest was settled due to prior history of bad faith in similar cases. Why will you not admit the truth. State Farm acted in bad faith (found to be in bad faith in court) and continues to attempt to shirk their responsibilities to insureds.

    Joe Man,

What the ### happened to your Brain. Was it Blunt Trauma or a Birth Defect ?

State Farm closed 99% of the Claims WITHOUT problems. If the 1% was like you, it does not suprise me one bit. Lets review once again:

Who Closed more Claims out of the K mess?

    State Farm

Which company paid out the largest amount for K mess ?

    State Farm

Which company is still #1 in the Hearts and Mind’s of the public ?

    State Farm

    Who is the biggest looser……………………………………………………

State Farm ratings may have gone up some but the executives are still doing all of the same old things. One of the latest is they (State Farm) have been found to have breached the contract of their own agents. This is case #C050591 from the California Third Appellate District and is final as the Calif. Supreme Court denied State Farm’s appeal. Now if State Farm won’t honor their own agents contracts what hope is there for a regular policyholder? Also State Farm has not even notified all State Farm Agents of this decision although it was final about April of 2007.
