If 4 kids in Florida are getting killed every month, I think it is high time they started offering parenting and driving lessons to the adults. Why should I pay more for a car because some brainless idiot drove over his kid? Gov\’t can\’t protect us from womb to tomb. For surely not in the womb as women are free to kill their unborn kids at will these days.

If Florida is really having that many children killed by backovers shouldn\’t the state use some of it\’s public service announcement money to try to educate? I know accidents happen but I can\’t imagine allowing a toddler to be out wandering around without supervision.
