Issue is not about Imus or the over kill about what he said. More Important, this
is about The Power of Americans that Stand United, Together as one Nation.
This is the only way to Change
    What is Wrong.
    Like I said,
White Men can\’t Dance or Fight.
They need to learn how to stand up & demand justice. Ask the black men how to fight. Rev Sharp should use his power to demand the rights for Americans to Buy a Fair Policy in America…
The South has only begun this fight.

If Al Sharpton knows the difference between a condition and conditioner, I would be surprised. As far as singing and dancing, if it fed my family I might improve my skills. Wait a minute, there might be a social/cultural nugget in there somewhere regarding feeding the family and singing/dancing skills. Can I say that? Learn to fight from the black man? Well obviously New Orleans lady is not a white guy because we don\’t say bad things about our kind. So she\’s someone else who thinks I can learn how to fight from a black guy. Just what am I fighting for again, New Orleans Lady? I hope your black, New Orleans Lady. Because I think it might be violating the first amendment if you write \’black guy\’ if your not a black guy. Or maybe just black. I thought I had most of what I want, most of what I need. My homeowners policy fits me fine. Of course I did read the policy, which I think separates me from the fracas.

    Comment:
D–What business does a GC have in a claim involving one or two trades? None, if the homeowner can\’t figure out which trade should come first on a two person trade then they can pay the GC out of pocket.

R– Actually David, what is wrong with a GC being hired by their local fair game market? Nothing.

D–The main reason a GC is required is to handle larger losses more efficiently and to make sure the repairs are done in the proper manner. Most GC actually do no work on the structure themselves.

R–Actually David, GC are \”required\” when they are hired, in a fair game market involving single or multi-trade work. And working on the structure is only a fraction of a whole projects\’ work scope.

D–All estimating systems I\’ve been a part of have built in labor components along with base service charges.

R–Remember that the various trades labor cost components you use DO NOT include primary/general contractor mark-up.

D–Now, if the repairs are such, then some base service charges can and should be turned off. All labor components have tear down/set up time along with routine breaks.

    R–True.

D–They also figure in material wastage and supplies. None of these are controlled by the insurance companies.

R–General [cut-waste] LABOR and actual subsequent contractor business overhead and profit costs are synthetically \”estimated\” / controlled, by Allstate, via their special version of MSB IntegriClaim, and cooperation by Pilot Claim Service.

Allstate and State Farm faking out hurricane Rita victims by the thousands in South East Texas, per their \’wind broken tar sealant bonds is not reaalllly shingle damage\’ untruth has left untold numbers of homes and people vulnerable to further daily and catastrophic eco-damage.

This one untruth alone has shifted their liability onto their clients backs/wallets via the TWIA and, potentially, Texas citizens.

D–The insurance companies don\’t want any control over these items. They just want a fair and accurate estimating product for the respective territories to settle claims in an appropriate manner.

    R–Right…Review my previous comment.

D–Now, like in most areas, every proffession has their bad apples and insurance adjusters are just another category.

R–True. However, I still meet adjusters with moral integrity.
    __________

Could people be endangerd by, and profit margins and stock dividends increase, via massive and cooperative underassessing of ACTUAL [Hurricane Rita damage] per Allstate/Pilot Claim Services\’, and State Farms\’ so-called \”loss adjusters\”?

What all defines when theft of premiums has occured…en masse?

It\’s time for Someone to stand up for American Homeowners.
It\’s not about Color, Sex or Party.
We…the People, are living in times when Criminals have more rights. Sad but true!

    Someone must take a stand.

    White People need to learn
    HOW TO FIGHT,
HOW TO STAND UP FOR JUSTICE.
Black People can teach us how to demand justice, as in IMUS.

If the Black Race did not demand justice, they would still be riding in the back of the bus….because of their skin color.

    We\’ve come a long way….

    Only to find out that…
we are all riding in the back of the bus.

    United We Stand!
    Our Blood is red.
    Our tears are real.
When someone is murdered, a Mother cries forever.
    We…are in trouble.
Morality has a price tag & not much left.
Seek the truth & ye shall find corrpution & betrayal.

The Next Katrina may hit you.
We Need to Make Changes, before it\’s too late.

What in the heck are you talking about?
Don Imus said exactly the same words that are said over and over in contemporary music every minute of every day. His sin?
The color of his skin. But I think even he would agree that the beating he is now taking by apologists everywhere is worth it. He\’ll help illustrate the hypocrisy that exists in our country today when it comes to culture, music, entertainment and race relations. What ever happened to the first amendment? Its not like he yelled fire in a crowded theater.

1st amendment doesn\’t apply if you say racist things and you\’re not that same race. You\’re only allowed to say things about your own.

The First Amendment only guarantees your right to criticize the Federal Government… and then, only if you\’re a liberal criticizing a conservative (there\’s rumors it\’s also acceptable if you can identify a \”minority class\” you belong to and your criticism is directed at an imaginary cause of harm – ideally a conservative). Anything else is a hate crime punishable by, well by anything that a bunch of fanatical whackos decide they want. Don Imus should just be happy someone didn\’t want Rocky Mountain Oysters.

Wait. We\’re allowed to criticise the government? I thought that hurts soldiers morale. I know when my brother was in Iraq he would go on patrol just happy as a lark but when he got back to base and watched CNN and saw some people didn\’t like the war or the administration his spirits just got crushed.

(Yes, this was tongue in cheek.)

No, no… you\’re allowed to criticize the government, just not it\’s handling of the war. Safe subjects include Hurricane Katrina (Bush\’s fault – he should have diverted the storm to a less \”chocolate\” city), gas prices (Bush\’s fault – c\’mon, do I need to explain), the economy (Bush\’s fault – he\’s out to keep us all down), wildfires (Bush\’s fault), the Great Chicago Fire (that\’s how powerful Bush is) and my gout (Bush\’s fault).
