    I went out on my own after too many years of working for sexist racist uncouth money grubbing lying cut- throat \”insurance professionals.\”

    At my last job I had to endure seeing a porno pop up on my boss\’ computer. Foul and viscious language permeated the office. In essence, my boss was a punk.

    Worked my way up the ranks from secretary whose duties included getting presents for the bosses\’ wife and sewing name tags in bosses\’ kids\’ camp clothes to Sr. Underwriter/Broker. Only took 10 years.

    Some women I worked with simply slept their way right to the top.

    One boss practically laughed in my face when I told him I was looking forward to attending a professional women\’s assn. dinner – \”It\’s a man\’s world in this business,\” he opined.

    Before this can happen, did they get approval from the Rev. Sharpton and Rev Jackson, since they are the arbiters of everything minority…

    Excuse me, but I am getting tired of this everything must be equal #$%^.

    If that is the way that it is going to be, then 75% of the NBA should be white players. The same would be true with the NFL.

    Instead, and i think that there are already laws in place, the best canidates for the job should be the canidates who get the job.

    Please, let\’s get past this racial/ minority guota\’s and let\’s get back to who is best fit for the job!
