    I don\’t understand why the class action ruling was overturned & I surely don\’t understand why the courts won\’t let the plaintiffs go after the investment banks & firms that went along with Enron. When the law firm of Jenkins & Gilchrist was \”busted\” for illegal tax shelters, the accounting firm of Ernst & Young was named, along with Deutsche Bank. Both instances relate to investors being ripped off via unethical investments… right?

    These Enron Employees were duped out of wages due. (fraud and lies)
    under the banckrupcy rules wages should be paid prior to liqidation of assets. Actual
    wages taken out of thier pay.
