I have no doubt that where the wheat gluten is produced – they use rat poison to control pests in their manufacturing facilities. Some of these contaminated rats probably ended up in the food processing operations. The company also should of recalled the food right away but didn\’t. Even worse – turned around and tested it on more cats to see if it was even contaminated. When those animals died they finally did the recall. They can test without killing more animals. Company has some very bad ethics. I love how Science Diet, Eukanuba, Iams etc- all these brands say how they support animals. I feel very badly for those people that lost their pets.

Science Diet, Eukanuba and Iams have ALWAYS had very bad ethics. Their food sucks; I would make my dog\’s food before feeding them that mix of corn cobs and chicken beaks. If you\’re looking for a good dog food go to http://www.dogfoodanalysis.com and look for a highly ranked food. FYI, Science Diet, Eukanuba and Iams won\’t be one of those foods….
