Wow what\’s really the problem here, Katrina or the insurance company. Guess we know. Insurance is an educated gamble, when you loose you should pay no matter what. Right or wrong it\’s our promise to pay, that keeps us in business, without integrity we have nothing. Question, what was the direct cause of there loss, and is it an insured peril? just that simple…….

Don\’t let them escape without paying every policyholder for living expenses.

This benefit is owed to every Insured.
They did not want us to know about this
    benefit.

They did not call, Agents did not call,
No one tried to offer this benefit to their clients of Katrina.

They tried to hide the benefit from us.
Insured that Reqested Living Expenses were denied.

State Farm said our home is uninhabitable …because of the water.

They should pay even more for witholding benefits that we paid for.
    Actual Loss Sustained?
Add this Amount to contents and wind…

Nothing to lose now, Hood already ran State Farm out of the state. Throw out Contact Law because we weren\’t responsible, that\’s the Mississippi way!
Don\’t think other companies aren\’t watching.
Soon there will be only the state pool and we all know the state can do better than the GREEDY insurance companies.
