Why would the life insurance pay out anyway? It was a suicide, and the family burned the body before it could be tested for the chemical that stopped his heart.
Not only did Bush delay the trial so Lay had time to die, he probably provided the secret poison so Lay could commit suicide and not go to prison, where Lay could have paid all that money back he swindled while making license plates. This all makes sense now; it was a nifty scheme so Wal-Mart could get experience labor on the cheap! They keep saying this Bush fella is not smart, but he must be smarter than those guys in Iraq, because he\’s not there, and look how crafty he is! Golly, he might be smart after all!
