Customer Satisfaction Impacts Bottom Line, J.D. Powers Reports

    I sent an email to J D Powers asking where they receive their income from. No answer. Who or what set them up as any kind of authority? What recognizeable entity examines the J D Powers \”studies\” and certifies them as truthful or reliable? I sent those questions to them also and no answers. Are they an \”advertising agency\” that creates \”customer satisfaction awards\” for whoever pays them to do so? Just curious because there is so much unreliable data floating about these days.

    They are like \”consumer reports.\”

    If you don\’t want to provide customer service that\’s your problem.
