    If all was well with credit scoring why should it even need to be disscussed. Note! Progressive just lost a class action at least in Illinois for not providing proper rating using scoring. It used to be an insured could know or control the factors affecting their rate. To some degree this is still correct but enter the wild card of scoring. Could you imagine the calamity in the insurance business if at some future date insurors had to make refunds enmass if scoring was sucessfully challenged where is was the primary rate driver in rate for the impared and victorious class.
