This drug is horribly addictive.. and its abuse is very, very widespread. There are individuals out there who seem to be able to get this Rx from different doctors and resell the stuff, making a small fortune. There needs to be better control over this!
I agree that there needs to be better contol but why sue the manufacturer? Is that the same as selling a gun or misusing a gun and then suing the gun manufacturer? What about the morphine, it too is abused by drug addits and is highly additive. Do we sue the morphine manufacturers? I guess I am just brain dead. I don\’t understand any of this.
There are users & abusers of all kinds of drugs, even over the counter cough meds are addictive if you have an addictive personality & so choose to take the se meds in a way other than prescribed.
