I don\’t see how anyone that is keeping up with all the information coming out about vioxx from the maker of vioxx, could come to any findings but one, merck mislead the medical doctors and the public about the risk of vioxx and when those risks start.
All for what MONEY and now they want to slide and get away with killing patents,

I agree with you, Steve. And now Merk is taking their sweet time fighting all these cases and plan to appeal the ones they lost. Before any of these surviving victims see a penny, they\’ll probably all die of natural causes. Merk\’s strategy seems to be to delay, delay, delay and fight, fight, fight! And this strategy is not cheap….the only ones getting Merk\’s illegally acquired money will be the lawyers.
