Does this mean Praetorian will go to B+ on AM Best? If so, it could be pretty devistating to that old Clarendon business.

Praetorian will remain an A-. In fact, it will probably improve fairly quickly. Most of the specialty programs coming from Clarendon require A paper. B paper is worthless for most of them. Praetorian has a clean balance sheet and $600M.
