I have personally saved my company from paying out nearly $50,000 in one year by reviewing and questionning permanent partial impairment ratings. The most common mistake is combining values where the AMA Guides specifically states that it is not allowed. I have also seen where physician\’s have added impairment for using a cane where the injured person is no longer using it.

An impairment assessment company feels that 90% of doctors assessments are wrong. I am SHOCKED I say, SHOCKED.
