Did anyone get some planning done for Nagin? You can clearly see that he in incapable of doing any thinking in an emergency situation. I think the rest of the States were pretty much in line with what to do in case of… with the exception of Nagin, the Chocolate City\’s go to guy who had no clue & then tried to pass off the blame onto others. I bet he was in management in his previous work, do nothing & when it hits the fan it was all someone else\’s fault! God Bless America!
