    This article is misleading as respects reference to Florida, where it indicates \”countersignatrue requirements are no longer enforceable in Florida,….\” As a result of the Counicl lawsuit, Florida amended their law to take out the residency requirement. Countersignature is still required, but under the amended law, it can be by a licensed resident or non-resident. (Ref. FL Title XXXVII, Chapter 624,.425)
