Does anyone have any comments about joining or not joining SIAA. We have been thinking about this for about a year but have not yet decided. Any comments, good or bad, would be appreciated

This is not a paid endorement but I have been with them since the beginning (1994)and thanks to the relationship I enjoy higher commissions, easier company appoints and a great group of fellow agents to network with.

Any reason why I do not see any SIAA memebers in major markets? I also wanted to see if starting an agency in a major market would be better off with SIAA or starting independently. Thanks for your help!
