I have finally found the source of subject that you all started in 1995-1996 and am I way Pissed? Way yes, how do you take a 7 year old boy who cannot defend himself and take advantage of that? This is between me and you!!!
I saved all the school records, all the video\’s that you scooped up to centralize my son to the fraud, and conspiracy against HER/HIS doctor.
What you were you thinking? it\’s 10 years out + plus, but I swear I would defend.

GPOA\’s premium was so low for the presumed exposure it was sort of an Marsh bid-rigging scheme in reverse. I guess it\’s a sign of the times but it seems there is a scam a day in the insurance journal. Great business were in, huh?
The company owners / boat owners and operators should be held personally and fully responsible as anyone in thier right mind knows you cannot insure five tour boat for anywhere near that premium. Probably not even one boat. They appear to be guilt of recklessly operating!
Come on folks..first question..how did the owner get to Wegman. Was Wegman checked out by either the owner or their representitives? Next..might we not presume that if Wegman was a legitimate agent/broker that the firm carried E&O. If so, or even if not, sounds like a case for counsel to at least attempt to bring an action.
There is a certain amount of due diligence necessary in the purchase of insurance, which appears to have been lacking in this case. On the other hand, it does remind me of agent/broker personnel who send out policies and either state or suggest that the insured read the policy. In other words, there is the presumption that the insured can the capacity to understand any of the terms and conditions of the contract – right!

DUH…….., when the premium was too good to be true, the owner knew he was flying below the radar .
Maybe Shoreline should have had their lawyer read the policy before they paid for it. \”You get what you pay for.\” How sad but true.
Someone does need to check out these shady brokers. Who would sell a boat policy that does not cover when the boat is in the water?
You need to watch out for this guy and Chris Pusur. They are crooks of the worst kind!
