Way to Chubb be progressive and change the way things are done in the industry. Top down drying works! and saves time and money.

We are filing a Wrongful Death Law Suit in the Bay County Courts, Panama City, FL within the next few weeks and going public with the case information. Those mentioned in the suite will be:

    and more

The State of Florida has already informened me that the companies did practice unlicensed contractor work in our home. The entire case is not only sad but pathetic with the attitudes and actions of these companies and little if any concern for our lives and safety. My husband ended up passing away in my arms after a 5 month stay in the hospital. In the original testing our home showed over 17,000 count in one wall alone and we did not have any mold coverage limitations on our police at the time. Now, the DNA samples are showing Aspergillus Versicolor counts over 10,000,000,000 and Stachybotrys Chartarum over 13,000,000,000 in single colonies alone plus many other species. All of this is due to shoddy workmanship actions by the contractors and the insurance adjuster trying to save money for the insurance company.
