    inept or inapt?

An inept remark is an absurd or clumsy one: He said a few inept words by way of an introduction (they were not well chosen). An inapt remark is an inappropriate one: He mumbled an inapt apology (it was not adequate for the occasion).

OSHA go Back to 4/17/96 for the well chosen nortriptyline pharmaceutical drug, to treat a C-8 Radiculopathy, and lower ulnar plexopathy.

OSHA go Back to Dr. Arthur Lewis Messinger\’s,[MD]? Neurologist / Orthopedic Surgeon\’s 17 page ML-104 Occupational Summary indicating that the \”above\” drug was not the appropriate drug therapy but in oppinion, Santa Clara Valley Medical Neurologist are hiding unresolved psychiatric symptom\’s, and that I should continue the course of psychiatric drugs to over come the neurological related injuries.

OSHA go Back to the doctor\’s reported findings of posterior medical / tax / various artist / aka Santa Clara County Medical Doctor\’s reports, finding\’s and then figure the odds that the magnitude of Black Angus Restaurant, California Worker\’s Compensation Insurance Carrier applied the appropriate status and cause of injuries.

OSHA go Back and explain WHY! the insurance carrier\’s have invaded the posterior of every financial transaction, tax records, educational status, and more to convert their proven layout techniques to table-based fraud layouts..that I can prove.

Foundation Health Corporation\’s Lawyer\’s have the information to find. Once, more so does the Industrial Medical
    Council, Oyster Point Blvd.

Try that and then get back to me!

If your worth the Occupational Safety and Health Administration you hold.

Foundation Health Corp has the number, Call me!

    O\’ by the way

Don\’t go looking for the form 1040-V or Schedule D., you might Observer who the Hamilton, Joe, Frank and Reynolds have on hand in Sacramento\’s Capital Gains and Losses to date.

Try the OMB-Oregon State Medical Board for the inappropriate disguise, InOrder to work-up the fraudster\’s plan, a direct pursuit by Work-Comp Insurance Carrier\’s.

Lest we forget. Cobra is no longer optional. Forsake the lattitude. Far fewer chopsticks. Even in times of perils named.
