Yes, I have been using essential oil of peppermint for years. It does relieve fatigue and is very refreshing.

I use essential oil of sweet orange as well for this purpose and is also good for \”burn-out.\”

Neither peppermint nor orange oils should be applied directly to the skin. Shake a few drops into a hankie and breath in for a couple of minutes.

For days when I am really frazzled, I use essential oil of lavender. For extra extra hectic days, I go for essential oil of frankincense. It is calming and comforting. Lavender and frankincense can be applied to the skin directly.

Don\’t waste your money buying anything that contains only fragrance. Essential oil or nothing.
