It is a good thing that Old ST Nick (AKA: Santa) does not work out of Texas. Its been reported employees there, after many years of service, have been fired for being overweight or smoking on their own time. Do you thing Santa would qualify for health insurance? Don\’t think so! I think Santa should move to CA, then he can apply for SSI benefits. Maybe file a couple age and weight discrimation lawsuits, then retire in LA. You all missed the most important part. Santa has been watching us!! He sees you when you\’re sleeping! He never got a court order for that which means an incredible invasion of privacy and our right to privacy under the constitution. Is that not a federal offense??? Where is the uproar!! Lets not be a bunch of sheep! It is a slippery slope, first Santa, then the Easter Bunny (AKA the Springtime Rodent–to be PC). Oh the humanity!
