The Investigative Engineers Association and First General Services are national associations of investigative engineering firms and restoration contractors. We have made ourselves available here at Corporate Headquarters to assist with organizing teams of engineers and contractors. Feel free to call (800) 523-3680 for assistance.

Is it Afni Insurance Services’ CSR24 or Service911 products that GEB is using in conjunction with Agility’s staging set up in order to take claims and calls 24 hours a day?

GEB is using the SERVICE911 product (which is a standard component of the full blown CSR24 product).

As of today, GEB’s calls are still be re-routed to our call centers as GEB gets settled in their new/temporary facilities. All escalated calls are going back to GEB personnel through their cell phones.
