    Of course, it is time to be wary of those who would collect relief money from unsuspecting honest folks and put it in their own pockets, even saying the money went to administrative expenses. The world is watching and looters include these thieves, too. Other good agencies helping include many mainstream churches, like the Presbyterian Church USA, which has trained staff and volunteers with experience in these situations. You don’t want your donation to go to a scam, so select carefully. The Red Cross and government agencies are not the only good ones helping.

    So how many offers of aid and money from other countries has the US received? Better question, has the US received any offers of aid and money from other countries? Do we expect to receive any?

    Pres. Bush said on Good Morning America this morning that he was not aware of any other countries offering to help with disaster releif.
