The only meaniful reform to class action suits is to eliminate them completely, letting each case stand on its own merrits.

I do believe any person who needs the services of an attorney can find one. A feww short year’s ago I don’t even recall legal advertising. It is as though ” you may have won the legal lawsuit lottery” call us for a ticket. Oh by the way why not place in the ads the total expected dollars for the law firm and the total for the class. I would have to say my opinion of the legal profession places them along used car salesmen and persons selling some type of oil for snakes. I do have continued high regard for the legal profession following what I recognize as those performing their services based upon quality of work, knowledge, reputation the legitement respect of their professional counterparts.
