“No personal identifying information is required to submit an allegation of suspected fraud.”

Gee there are some people who could have an awful lot of fun with that! Just get smoked on a big renewal by a new guy? That could get your fingers kinda itchy….

The approach is like entering a 4 way stop and wondering if you’ll ever get the right of way. What ya say State Farm Insurance Company? Give it a whirl? Then State Farm could be given the opportunity to check list this “have you been convicted of driving under the influence in the past 24 hours or more? Which of these is true about other drivers? (Mercury Insurance) 1998 ring a bell?

This is good .Because most people that see Fraud are afraid to say anything Because it could lead to there discharge. But others do things that there told to do and have no idea what they are doing but what makes it more twisted is the fact that most states are under a At will law where termination can happen when people lie and get you terminated
THE OLD SAYING TWO WRONGS DON’T MAKE IT WRIGHT .
I would have to ask where is the justice in that They commit fraud and lied. Both go hand and hand

    To Whom it concerns:
In 2003 my ex-husband, William Querrey, asked for and recieved a number of loans agaist my whole life insurance policy –in excess of $58,000 from Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance. I discovered this in 2005 and that the checks had been sent in my name and were forged. We lived in Southaven,Mississippi at the time my money was stolen. The money was given away in Illinois by life insurance agent Curtis Allen of Decatur, Illinois. When I questioned my now ex-husband about this he refused to answer any questions and in short order deserted his family and divorced me. He has moved back to Mississippi to escape investigation and to more freely spend my money. I feel like I am being deprived of justice. Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance justifies their actions by saying that my ex managed our financial affairs–basically he paid our bills and bought our groceries as far as I knew. He was never given permission to take my money ever. Further NML has produced an illegible document that they state bears my signature which they say releases $27,000. I signed no such document and I am unable to read this form they say contains my signature and they refuse to produce a legible copy.
They also site the fact that I took out loans against my life insurance too. This is true. All my resources including my $500,000 pension were gone after the ex-husband left and I needed money to pay a lawyer for my divorce. The money I took was less than $10,000 and I never denied this. NML also says that the money removed by my ex was put in a joint business account and I profited from this. The money was put into 2 different accounts that I did not even know I was a signer on and somehow there were 3 checks for business purposes with my signature on them that were written interestingly enough at the same time the money was removed. Mr Querrey was able to produce a signer card for one of the accounts that I had been told was our personal checking account. Who keeps a copy of a 10 year old signature card except a guilty person? There were never any other checks written by me and at the time I thought it was odd when William Querrey my ex-husband insisted that I write those checks since I did not think I was a signer on the account. I was simply an employee of his corporation and I was even on disability. The ex said as an employee I was allowed to sign these checks. I should point out I have discovered that Mr Querrey had a signature stamp of my signature which I believe he used routinely, I have subsequently discovered. The checking account belonged to a now defunct business that my ex was president, CEO, and and sole owner of. I had previously been employed by this business, but at this point in time I was on disability and not working. I never benifited from this money and quite frankly some very shady money laundering ensued by my ex. I have found where he overpaid credit cards and then obtained checks for the overpayment–however much of the documentation has been removed. The insurance company also says that since they sent the checks and later statements to my address I was aware of them. My ex-husband had our first class mail sent to a PO box and it never came to our home. I did not know to look for loan statements since I hadn\’t taken out any loans at this point. When I finally did get a loan statement I promptly went to agent Allen who admitted that he released the money to my ex improperly. When we returned to Illinois in 2004 my ex was hired by Northwestern in an apparent cover-up at Allen\’s urging and was terminated about the time the allegations were made. There are some other financial issues that I believe are not right. The agent, Curtis Allen, who released my money to William Querrey has his own financial issues which include tax evasion. The man makes a large monthly payment to the IRS and on occasion has asked me for money to help make the payment. My ex told me that he was asked for money by Curtis Allen monthly and on one occasion after writing a bad check to the government he begged Mr Querrey to ask a wealthy friend for a loan. This is the kind of man that Northwestern sees fit to handle and distribute my investment with NML. I find it quite interesting that Mr Querrey and Mr Allen arrived at this juncture together. Could there be something more sinister going on here? This company basically refuses to take resposibility for their agent\’s actions and continues to try to intimidate me. By virtue of the fact that my ex left me without resources and NML knows this they continue to ignore me and my outrage. I cannot afford to hire an attorney and as of this date I have not found a respectable attorney who will take mycase on contigency. Soon the interest on the cash removed from my life insurance by my ex will outstrip the cash value and I won\’t even have the life insurance even though I have continued to pay premiums. I already have lost the biggest portion of my life insurance after a supposed investigation by NML. Further soon I will have to pay taxes on the money that my ex-husband was given. I will never understand why this charade is allowed to go on, but NML is without a conscious and they have a very pushy young lawyer who basically calls me a liar all the time. Actually I am a respected pediatrician in Decatur. I do plan on sending a mailing to all my local colleagues outlining my situation and Northwestern\’ underhanded dealings, but other than this I see no other recourse. I don\’t know if you can help, but I can only hope that someone will make Northwestern accountable. Meanwhile I have been left penniless by my ex with 2 teenagers and horrible credit. He gives me $260/month if H keeps his job that month and fails to maintain the kid\’s health insurance as he was required by our divorce settlement . Northwest claims my ex-husband shows no signs of having any money-however he did hire the most expensive attorney in Decatur to represent him in our divorce. William Querrey on his best day made $12/hour. I am still making payments to my attorney who frankly did a poor job of representing me. My ex without question has over $40,000 in cash assets and makes a car payment when he feels like it on a $40,000 vehicle. I recieve no other compensation from my ex-husband and in fact he tried to get maintenance from me. I am a single woman with 2 kids who all too soon will be college bound. My ex planned his departure from the day he took my money. Perhaps I also mentioned the $500,000 pension of mine which is missing. He even obtained a bank loan using my social security number from NBC now Sun Trust) bank. When they discovered that my ex-husband had led us into bankruptcy they had no interest in prosecution and simply dropped the loan off of my credit report. I have a 37 page credit report which is mostly a mystery to me. I believe there has been a great deal of identity theft. How William Querrey continues to evade any prosecution is a mystery to me. Right now I am overwhelmingly consumed by my work of practicing medicine and maintaining 2 other part-time jobs as a single and sole custodial parent. I just try to keep the kids and myself afloat. I believe my biggest mistake was trusting a deceptive and lying husband and questionable insurance agent. Probably you are not the right agency, but maybe someday before NML survives the statute of limitations I will see some justice. Feel free to contact me –my office number is 217-423-8800. Thanks for your time. Jamie S Warnick MD PS If there is somewhere else to contact please let me know.
