    Leave it to a republican to shaft the injured and benefit a corporation. More Corporate wellfare.

    The only way to control Class Action Law suits is to eliminate them completely and require each plaintiff be named and testify. Jurisdiction can then be in any local where one of the plaintiffs resides. Juriors can then award each plaintiff individual awards. Let each case stand on its own merrits.

    I think that the fees kept by the attornys should also be addressed. The individuals who are joined in class action litigation often see very little, if not not next to nothing, of the amounts awarded.
