The 9th Circuit is the only thing that’s kept even a ghost of our civil rights from being drowned in a sack like kittens by the Bush administration. God bless the 9th!
If for no other reason(s), this was an important reason to vote Republican in the last election, specifically the national election simply because of the way the race was phrased: Billionaire & Hundred-millionaire personal injury atty vs. George W (also a millionaire)& Cheney (probably a millionaire, too) = for the hope that there will be national tort reform as well as at the state level.
I checked out the website for the Madison Record. It’s an interesting and troubling publication. I plan on sharing the URL with some of the attorneys I work with. Thanks for mentioning it.
Perhaps your comments would be more credible if you posted your name and didn’t hide behind some liberal cutesy moniker. I’ve seen little good come from the 9th Circuit for many years, and certainly do not believe God will bless their actions.
I’m just pleased (and surprised) that a California court didn’t make the list.

Madison County has a legal journal covering the courts. Anybody can see why we need tort reform in America.

I bet is is troubling if you are an attorney, since they expose the lawsuits that are filed

Too bad all the money we save after tort reform won’t make a dent in the deficit run up by the party of fiscal responsibility.
