Does Allstate really care or is price the only factor. Why does Allstate dictate non prevailing priceing to the whole industry. All of a sudden Allstate is worried about Quality of repairs. What about the last 40 years or more. I would love to a believe that quality really matters to Allstate. Why does the collision industry have to work under such unfair practices. Deflated repair times and labor rates from Allstate. How about not forcing parts discounts on the industry as well. Why does the second largest ins co have to show such greed and poor business practices.
I wish the depression on the collision industry was really over and quality was first. The industry would be a better place if what Allstate said was true.
