Not bad from a company that gives a rat’s *** about thier customers, thier vendors and thier employees…

“Just get the money…” That’s all anyone hears from these bozo’s…

Boy! Look at this…Now agents will be able to get MVR’s and PAY FOR THEM, without going through a company website. Gee whiz, you would think so company CFO figured this out, not a interface company.
Another way for companies to cut expenses and put them on the agent’s back.

    God I love this business

Ditto your comments, In the last few days while surfing I noticed one state that no longer requires the Police to be notified in the event of an accident unless there are injuries or a fatality, I agree, I have an agreement with my insurance company to report accidents, if I choose not to, I may later wish the heck I had, big brother needs to stay out of my business.

Correct me if I am wrong,
but shouldn’t the agent ‘initially’ pay for credit, mvr, claims, etc then get reimbursement from a carrier when a risk is placed. If the risk is not placed, a carrier should not pay. This is part of the job of the agent as a representative for the carrier. It is also his job to make the determination of whether a risk is worthy of running credit, mvr, claims before doing so.

Also, it seems that doing MVR when uploading (IVANS) to the carrier is a little late. Shouldn’t the MVR be run in order to accurately rate the risk? If so, it appears that IVANS doing MVR is absolutely worthless, it just saves the carrier from running it.

I am interested in obtaining information as to how we might be able to get some of our exclusive channel agencies registered to order MVRs through ADR. Some do not have Applied!!!

Thank you for any assistance you can provide to me.
