AIG is to be commended for challanging the SEC’s apparently unlimited power, in attempting to get them to clarify the use and application of these valuable “financial tools” that have been used for many years in other parts of the world with very little negative impact-that I’m aware of. Valuable tools for business’s, but SEC’s got to clarify use, as no one’s looking for additional aggrivation !!
