This is disgusting. Offshore jobs do not equate to quality work. Keep the jobs here in the US.

So, when U.S. Citizens are out of work will the other Countries outsource work and create jobs for us?

Insurers beware! When the processes go, pretty soon offshore companies will be more anabled to come and take your business away. Why should US citizens support US insurers, when US insurers don’t support US citizens through employment? If offshore companies can work so cheaply, their rates will be even more competitive.
