Now that there is proof that side impact air-bags do reduce personal injury, when will states start to allow a credit to P.I.P. coverage?

Many autos purchased are done so due to the safty worthiness of the vehicle which includes side air-bags. Since these do cost more, insurance companies need to adjust P.I.P. charges for a safer vehicle and the cost of the added safety equipment which will result in less P.I.P claims.
