I think this sounds a lot like picking s**t with the chickens. If a company cannot be progressive and review is stance on proceedure, I belive it will often times get left in the dust. How about we review SCA’s decision to perform desk review based on the performance it produces. SCA is a fine company with many benefits to its client that would be hard to reproduce by its compeditors. I think it is a fine addition to the needs of the industry.

SCA is nothing more than a scam to the insurance industry. They should take a look at how they screw the appraisers and cut inside deals. Must not forget the list of diplomatic immumity that some of appraiser have the priveleage of being on.
