AIG Claim Services, Inc.® (AIGCS), a member company of American International Group, Inc. (AIG), announced the launch of IntelliRisk WirelessSM, an extension of IntelliRisk NetSource®, AIGCS’ online risk management information system. IntelliRisk Wireless enables customers to monitor claims status in real-time from handheld devices, web-enabled cell phones and personal digital assistants (PDAs).

All AIG member company insureds who currently subscribe to the IntelliRisk NetSource Risk Management Package can access IntelliRisk Wireless free for the remainder of 2003 by visiting www.intelliriskwireless.com with their preferred wireless device and logging in with a current ID and password.

Features available through IntelliRisk Wireless include detailed claims information, adjuster activity notes, automated alerts that notify users via email, cell phone or pager when a key claim event occurs and a “quick search” function by various elements, including date(s) of loss.

“The advantage of IntelliRisk Wireless is that it allows risk managers to stay connected anytime, anywhere,” said Alan Louison, vice president, IntelliRisk e-Services/RMIS, AIGCS. “We developed this offering with the help of the IntelliRisk® Customer Advisory Board, so we designed the functionality inherent in IntelliRisk Wireless to meet the needs of risk management professionals to help them manage the claims process more effectively.”

Beta-tested throughout the summer of 2003 by IntelliRisk Customer Advisory Board members in industry sectors such as property management, security services, retail and communications, IntelliRisk Wireless is now available nationwide. For more information, visit www.AIGCS.com
