ROES Delivers Updated Reporting System to Frank Gates Service Co.

Red Oak E-Commerce Solutions, Inc. (ROES), a provider in Internet-based claim reporting systems, announced that Frank Gates Service Companies has switched their workers’ compensation injury reporting to ROES’ WorkComp.Net ASP solution.

Pat Shaw, VP Systems & Education, stated that, “Frank Gates converted to the WorkComp.net (WCN) software because it improved efficiency through more accurate and timely injury reporting, provided a user friendly interface, and because the WCN system maintains and keeps state EDI requirements current.
