He seems to own a BIG piece of the responsibility for encouraging many people to come down and join in a riot party; the goal being destruction and theft.
Chances are that all of the rioters and looters together don’t have the financial resources to compensate the businesses they wrecked. Then where is justice to be served? A 15 month sentence after he’s been locked up for @ a year?
Why is he locked up prior to being sentenced?
It seems to me this man is only sorry he got caught, sorry he got prosecuted, and sorry he can’t tell everyone what fun he had at the time.
