Irrelevant testimony…I’m sorry she lost her father…I’m sorry that duck boat went out on the lake when it did…it should not have…but to argue “we couldn’t sue” is utter BS; the negligence went to the captain of the vessel, the dispatch, the company…this was 100% preventable by not entering the lake when they did. Horrible tragedy…preventable…but go after the responsible parties, not everybody and their cousin…
