Davenport likes the view of the Mississippi River, but Tourism has to be down because, they can’t get to the beautiful river front, its always under water, its muddy, and it stinks! I guess they could walk and see it from the Bridge to No Where, but oh that’s right, the buildings are flooded so they can’t get to the bridge!
