    I wonder if this Idiotic maniac realizes that as an “intentional Act”, any damages incurred by the Driver OR the 3rd party will not be an accident and thus not an “occurrence”. The point being, the Drivers Insurance will not apply to either 1st or 3rd party claims. I think this fruitcake needs to rethink his theatrical desire for publicity and how to get it.

    I hope it passes and wish more states would pass this legislation. Innocent people simply driving and going about their business shouldn’t be allowed to be held captive by rioters posing as protestors.
